The Zero Project (Vienna): Honourable Mention


I received the following email from ADJ Electronics & NID (National Institute for the Deaf) last week:

We've developed a speech visualizer, and we will receive an award from the Zero Project in February 2016 in Vienna, Austria.
We would like to use your life story as a person who has hearing loss and in spite of that, learnt how to use language to communicate without the use of sign language. You are inspiration and a wonderful person who showed the world that nothing is impossible.

It is indeed an honour! I wish I could've gone to Vienna to be there in person...
